Return Policy

At Rogers Sleep Shop, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

• In order for a mattress purchase to qualify for a comfort exchange or a comfort trial a mattress protector must be purchased at the time of sale.  All delivered mattress sales are final all exchanges and comfort exchanges are at sole discretion of Rogers Sleep Shop.
  
• Products may be returned within 30 days with prepaid freight (freight is covered by the customer) for a partial refund of the original purchase price. (Minus the %20 restocking fee and freight.)
  
• All special orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee from the moment they are received in the system.
• Any product cancellations that occur once shipping has commenced will be subject to a shipping charge.
